Cleaning equipment group (cleaning line)

It is an important equipment line that supports the high quality in Taisyoukogaku.
There are a variety of glass materials and form for optical lenses, filters, and mirrors.
Appropriate cleaning conditions are required.

We have a cleaning line configuration that can be widely used for difficult-to-glass materials such as S-FPL and crystalline materials such as CaF2.
For large boards such as 400 square, we also support "hand-wiping cleaning" by skilled workers.
