About vacuum deposition processing (optical thin film)
Thin film treatment is performed on the surface in a vacuum state.
Vacuum-deposited thin film is a thin film treatment on the surface in a vacuum state.
Normally, an optical thin film is formed on the surface of the substrate in a vacuum state using a vapor deposition device called a vacuum vapor deposition device.
Thin-film dome (coated dome)
In addition to the vapor deposition dome (coating dome), the vacuum vapor deposition equipment includes an electron gun for evaporating the coating material and a shutter for adjusting the amount of ejected material.
Optical thin film process
1) A lot of air is contained in the vapor deposition equipment.
2) When vapor deposition is performed, if there is air inside the vapor deposition kettle, a uniform vapor deposition film cannot be formed, so the inside of the device is evacuated with a vacuum pump.
3) When the inside of the device is in a vacuum state, rotate the coating dome and evaporate the material to the vapor-deposited material with an electron gun.
4) The evaporated material is controlled to an arbitrary refractive index, and a film is formed on the lens surface.
5) When the vapor deposition film on the lens surface reaches the specified thickness, close the shutter to stop the vapor deposition of the material.
